1 Get the App

Download the free NFC Tools app to your smartphone:

2 Write Your Info

1. Open the app and select Write.
2. Tap Add a record -> Contact (Recommended).
3. Enter your Phone Number and Pet's Name.
4. Tap OK, then tap Write and hold your phone near the tag.

*Tip: Using "Contact" instead of "Text" allows finders to call you with one tap.

3 Permanent Lock

Once verified, you can use the "Lock" feature in the app to prevent others from changing the info.
